If you contact us by telephone and an answering machine answers, please take the opportunity to leave a message.  Many times we are servicing customers in office, or on location providing services to another client and simply do not have the opportunity to answer the telephone.  However, rest assured, if you choose to leave a message we will get back to you as soon as possible.

When sending e-mails, we will normally respond back to you within 24 hours of receiving your e-mail.  Please ensure you include your name and if desired a telephone number and time with which to contact you.
